Independent designer John Geiger has been making a name for himself in the world of luxury footwear and fashion through his namesake brand, John Geiger Co. Geiger has consistently turned heads in the industry, landing his designs into the wardrobes and onto the feet of many fashion forward athletes. Geiger’s sock-like luxury sneakers have likely been spotted in your favorite player’s sneaker rotation on game day.

After inking a groundbreaking deal with EA Sports for the September 26th release of Madden 21, Geiger’s signature footwear will now be part of the game itself. You will be able to play with a cleat version of his popular 002 High's sneakers. Geiger’s branded designs are now available to rock virtually through Madden’s “The Yard” game mode. By selecting the ‘Miami Port’ arena users can unlock the exclusive JG capsule by competing in various gameplay challenges. The collection features some of Geiger’s boldest designs including the classic hightop Volt 002s and his mismatched “What The” pair. Along with the shoes, the JG brand signature logos have also been integrated into wearable features such as helmets, jerseys and gloves.
Image via @johngeiger
This collaboration solidifies Geiger as the first designer to integrate fashion products and branding into a Madden franchise video game. Geiger’s creative vision for Madden 21 has already generated significant hype around the game’s release. Madden fans have shared their unlocked JG gear across social media platforms expressing their approval. This new partnership between EA Sports and Geiger might just unlock a new creative direction for designers, giving other creative artists the opportunity to have their work featured in future sports gaming franchises. Geiger has also teased the release of a physical Volt colorway as well as other EA Sports branded items with details to be announced later this week. Stay tuned.
Geiger has also teased the release of a physical Volt 002 High color way and made it official that they will be released this Friday, October 2nd at noon EST. He also has hinted at a possible drop of Madden gear donning the JG branding in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates and we will see you on the field.

I am happy to say that these custom painted sneakers are made by Kentucky Native @TrueBlueCustoms. A very talented salt and garlic color bearded artist that has hundreds of custom sneaker jobs under his belt. A "SEASONED" veteran in the custom sneaker game has been doing this for years so he knows his way around a paint job.
Growing up with movies like Nightmare on Elm street and knowing full well what it has done to pave the way in the horror movie genre makes me really excited to see a custom sneaker to match.
How is this different from any other Freddy/Nightmare on Elm Street custom? -Glad you asked!
Not downplaying any other customizer that has done this type of custom in the past but these Freddy Krueger Yeezy 350's would make me want to wake up from a nightmare or make me want to go to sleep just to see them in person knowing full well they might murder me. These are extremely well thought out in the sense that @truebluecustoms the native stripe that makes the yeezy 350 the iconic sneaker that it is into one of Freddy's famous finger blades. Nothing but sheer hilarity because of how cleverly he uses the stripe as a blade. This is why I think these could quite possibly be my favorite Freddy Krueger custom!
Created with Angelus Paints be sure to check them out if you wanted to try these at home obviously adult supervision is needed as they are rated R.
In the event that you are looking for this type of heat please contact @TrueBlueCustoms as fast as you can! You can contact his via email which is truebluecustoms@gmail.com.
Thanks for hanging out.

]]>Well, In the event of any minor confusion we did some really shwifty things to this Blank phone case.
Rick and Morty would be proud I would like to think.
So...To get this tutorial project done there are a couple of things we're going to need to let's get into the ingredients before I tell you that aside from getting all of the tools necessary your number 1 priority to do this particular rick and morty art project is to have all of the fun you can have possible!
I imagine this is fun for the whole family...trust me because my niece was looking over my shoulder the entire time waiting to see what was going to happen next.
2 - Angelus Paints
3 - Acrylic Resin Kit
4 - Blow Torch with Butane
5 - Heat Gun
6 - Acetone
7 - Q-Tips or cotton balls preferably q-tips
8 - a paintbrush or something similar to mix Resin and Hardener
9 - small cups - you can find at .99 cent stores.
1 - Let get into the actual steps here. In the event that you wanted to recreate something like this I would suggest getting a custom stencil made for your project and pick out a colorway.
2 - Once you purchase a DIY phone case kit then what you'll have to do is is take the plastic wrapping off and then peel the plastic covering off of the phone case itself to expose the double sided glue that comes included with the phone case with a heat gun and by rubbing it off in 3 sections or as many as you would like.
To best achieve this heat for about 5-8 seconds then peel with your thumb from the bottom or top to the opposite side.
3 - One the Glue is removed then you prepare the paints and have them ready to drip onto the indented area of the phone case.
4 - DRIP the angelus leather paint in whatever fashion you would like. It does not have to be calculated as you will be mixing it in a fun fashion. repeat with as many paints you would like to use making sure that you do not put too much paint of each so that it does not over flow off the sides of the phone case.
5 - Once you mix all of the paints and if you see any bubbles use the blow torch on the paint for no more than a second in a condensed area. Move quickly, do not stay in the same area and allow paint to dry for about 3-6 hours depending on the temperature and conditions of the area you are working in.
6 - Once the paint is dry you will want to use something sharp like a craft blade or tweezer to scrape the excess paint that crept over the lip of the phone case that should not be painted. Scrape off as much excess as you can going around the phone case and then with a q-tip and some acetone place on the walls to remove any excess paint or smudges left from scraping away the paint.
7 - Leaving the phone case aside, we are going to mix the resin kit which is comprised of a resin and hardener which both would be included in the kit. Get a small cup or cups depending on the quantity you will be doing and then make sure you mix a 1 to 1 ration of hardener to resin as anything else will ruin the batch of resin and not harden and create a sticky mess.
8 - Pour in particular areas making sure you grab the phone and move it on a 180 degree plane and moving the resin across the artwork hitting all of the walls to protect the artwork and making this a timeless phone case.
9 - After pouring the resin in the well of the phone case leave on a level surface to dry for 6-18 hours depending on the temperature and the conditions of the area you will be leaving the phone case in.
10 - Last step is to enjoy your phone case and throw it around...its almost bulletproof at this point. The resin once hardened is one of the toughest materials we could work with over here at the customizerdepot studios.
We always have fun doing what we do. Its a great project for kids as well as adults to try at home with loved ones. We truly appreciate all the time you guys took to work on any projects with us even if you were just browsing or window shopping!

After going to seminars, and different classes for leather work and them teaching us all of the crap ways to make a leather edge I'm telling you I have been nothing but annoyed. The mere fact that I'm typing this I'm clenching on my teeth because BigT and I have just been smacked with unfortunate project after project until one day after a quick 45 minute seminar we met with the most amazing person! ENRICO! (I'll talk about him in a bit)
He showed us what it was like to have the best possible leather edge. We watched in awe and disbelief because it was completely unbeknownst that we would form such a great relationship with this company to say the least!
Truthfully we went into this last seminar skeptical because of after all of the classes we attended to get the best possible leather edge possible we were met with complaints from customers that "the paint job was coming off", "something like wax would peel off." I'm sure you've seen plenty of youtube tutorials on how to get the best leather edge and they had to dremel everything, burn it down, mold the edge, then wax it down, paint it with that thing that looks like a tree from that Lorax movie and literally create a pain in my A$$ for more than extra hours worth of work to get something decent looking that was inevitably going to come out looking like Sh*t after about a year.
INSANE RIGHT! Trust me after about 4 years of painstaking work and ridiculous head aches we found the solution for everyone and every leather project you may have!
In fact I think since I would never make a post like this as well as a video to go along with it...I feel obliged to say that I don't think I have a picture of what our first generation watchbands even look like, But what I do remember is the cringe just thinking about them and how I feel terrible that people purchased them and they liked them.
As an artist/designer or whatever I am I honestly think that all of my work is borderline trash but I perfect the trash to make it appeasable to our customers, clients, friends and family.
I have given out samples and tested these paints to every single measure especially after the 2.0 version after using Giardini Leather Edge Paints.
Lets double back a bit.
During the seminar "Enrico" schooled us on how to achieve the best leather edge job. He explained to us that he works with all of the big companies like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc...I believe him especially after seeing what his product does, looks like, feels, and reacts when applied to leather.
During our 45 minute tutorial I will add that it was completely insane that this is exactly what we've been looking for since we started our endeavor of creating luxury leather goods. I imagine that Enrico and Giardini came from the heavens above after all of the sh*t sandwiches we eaten from our past projects and blessed us with his magical leather edge paint.
I cannot stress enough that I'm not promoting them just because I want to get paid...I want your projects to come out looking like your sunday best. I want you to show me what you made before and what they look like after using Giardini.
We same a Gentlemen that is a direct competitor of ours at a trade show in NY recently and he wanted us to see his work...He did an amazing job but he was still using the archaic ways of using a dremel, wax, heat mold and paint process and I said and I quote "Bro! this is awesome work but please look into this company look at ours." The pain in his eyes when we said that we also did the same process and found a better way and he goes where can I find this!? I told him that it would be silly to spend all of the hours spent on just 1 watchband and imagine doing a purse and cutting down the leather edge treatment time to totaling about 20 minutes if that after giving it two coats of Dense edge Basecoat and 1 or 2 coats of Black or any color dense edge paint that Giardini offers.
It's an actual NO BRAINER!
We have plenty of videos as well as colors to choose from when it comes to Giardini Leather Edge Paints.
But for now I do not want to overload you with every single video we created so I'm going to leave you with this. No horn tooting but this self rounding leather edge is the best and unlike all of the other watery leather edge paints this is the absolute best. If you don't believe me please check the video and skip to the end or look at any of our product photography on our site like our LV band.
Thanks again guys and thanks for reading this epic rant on how to get the best leather edge paint for 2019!
]]>The level of detail on these bad mamajammas are so stinkin' cool. No it's not a portrait job but the work speaks for itself here. I am a huge fan of the amount of detail and colorway here. Since Kaws collaborated on many sneakers with Nike as a company I would much prefer these and paying for the Mens Air Jordan Retro 4 Kaws which are going for about $1700+ on StockX. We get into the KAWS and Effect reality that @StarlineCustoms has with his custom pair of Kaws Nike Air Force 1's. His custom sneaker art isn't as expensive as those retro jordan 4's but the artwork is much better, much more detailed and way more colorful than the all grey Kaws will ever be.
In essence if haven't gotten a chance to check out the DepotBattle for the weekend of 10/18/2019. He like the other 4 customizers that he is going up against are worthy of this weeks battle and truly need to be recognized for their artwork on sneakers. Please make sure to follow this LINK to go cast your vote for @StarlineCustoms over on our website custom tab DepotBattle! You have until monday 10/21/2019 to place your vote!
If you wanted to learn how to customize like StarlineCustoms I would suggest starting here with us over at CustomizerDepot. He have a couple of blog posts and videos for you to look at.
I would also suggest with getting quality paints from our buddies over at AngelusDirect and LeatherCareSupply. Follow the links so that you could see all the different supplies you can get to get started with your sneaker customizing business and/or needs!
If any of you have any questions please feel free to contact us via any of our numerous outlets. Stay Blessed and keep crafting.
]]>In the essence of truth and honesty when I first saw these I glanced at them on instagram for a split second. When I mean I glanced at them I constantly straight up speed through my timeline and just wait for something to pop out and smack me on the lip. These totally made me stop because I was like WHAT IN THE F*CK are those! Then after about another 15 seconds of looking at them I realized these were absolute fire. Don't judge this book by its proverbial cover. The amount of work that goes into these are absolutely insane.
To an art layman, I would say these would get overlooked rather quickly. The way that the brush strokes just make sense more than anything. Between having painting knowledge as well as an art background I would like to reiterate that abstract art isn't easy I would chalk it up to having a certain type of vision and a sheer gift to make these sneakers work.
Please allow me to explain that I think that these sneakers are a beautiful showing of art, patience and overall comprehension how paint works. The way he uses his signature style of almost applying paint to sneakers makes it look thin and crisp like it was done better than you would get it from Nike themselves. I wish i had 2 more hands so I could give these sneakers 4 thumbs up.
I also would like to add that he makes me want to better my craft and should inspire you to do the same. I wish that he would make more similar to this but a man can dream!
If you would like to reach out to him and try and cop a pair please vist him by clicking this link --> illiunaire

]]>We want to send a huge shout out to ALLTHINGSHYPE for the opportunity to allow us to share their space with us for this great opportunity. We will do it again in the future once our orders die down but we have many plans in the works so who knows when that will be.
We had a great day in all honesty, I had thai food which is clutch since we were a block away chinatown which was my second highlight topped by the fact that we were in the heart of sneakerville. All of the major stores around us which is major because that's where all of the kids are going on the weekends.
Shoutout to all of the people that came through as well as all of the people that put the word out that we were having our first pop-up shop. I'm excited that the reception was decent to say the least. To all of you Tri-Staters that came out to support us and show us love we won't forget you!
We leave it at that as well as the fact that we can't be CustomizerDepot without you all!
You are all the best of the best and don't forget to support your local businesses. You don't have to spend money to show how you support any customizer; liking, kind words, commenting really show us the type of caliber you are. I have figured that out once we knew who showed up to visit us.
Thank you all again for a wonderful weekend we hope to do this again and see you soon!

Days 2 went pretty well. We had sales. People again loved what we were doing. we received some custom orders as to what people wanted.
We are excited that people like us want to express how unique and creative they really can be. Clearly, the thought of self-identity is strong with our people!
Who would think this would be a lucrative job...certainly not our parents for sure.
Today I'm going to write about just that. After working pretty much many jobs available, not finishing my degrees as well as just deciding to go to school full time and Van Wilder and learn from so many different classes that never went towards my degree program made me the person that I am today...an uneducated educated skilful independent thinker. I will say that without all of those days I thought I wasted on schooling it comes in handy when you own your own business and you need to be an all-around player.
I can honestly say that after wasting all the money and the years it hasn't been all a waste. I definitely don't miss my college days but I do miss the amount of learning that I engulfed while there.
If I can offer advice about this is never stop learning. I read and/or try to read every day to try and better myself and my brain. I say that because I don't want to sound ignorant even though I probably do anyway because I'm the least funny person I know and try to be.
I wonder if any of you entrepreneurs out there feel the same way (not being funny but bettering yourself.) If you're out there and you listen or read about your favorite people out there I guarantee you will be on the right track to bettering yourself as a person. You are what you eat basically...especially what your brain eats. I am currently reading "The right side of history" by Ben Shapiro. Definitely a good read and also hilarious if you try to read it like he would say it in his condescending tone and manner.
Back to how cool Day 2 was...IT WAS FUCKING COOL! Learn and be better!
Good Day ALL!

]]>As part of the whole brand new attempt at branding myself a pseudoblogger I will be annoying myself to create more posts that are related to what we do.
I am currently sitting on a laptop on a desk I bogarted over here in SOHO at our first pop-up shop at 427 Broadway, NY, N.Y. Why ask when you can just claim it? Kind of like whatever happened in America circa 1492. I came, I saw, I took that shit kind of life.
Foot traffic went pretty well day 1 of 3 in Manhattan. From working in my a corner of my living room to taking over the basement of my parents home, Thomas and I have come a long way to be able to not only afford to have a pop-up shop but be able to create the connections to have to be able to do something like this. I remember the good old days when making 1 sale a show felt amazing, now we're upset if we make under 10. We've grown accustomed to some real first world entrepreneur problems when it comes to what we complain about.
Day 1 was no walk in the park. Preparing what needed for the show as well have enough for our current orders, our personal lives outside of work play a major role in how much time we actually have to work at our studio. I am currently engaged and getting married at the end of July 2019 so getting everything ready for that is difficult enough not counting owning a business with Thomas.
Opening up this pop-up shop as well as getting everything ready for my wedding is quite the juggle. Which means working over 60 hours a week anyway. Try sleeping when you're trying to get everything in working order. In no way am I complaining...I don't like sleeping anyway because I get panic attacks when I sleep so lets not sleep and do work is my motto. Day 1 was the same feeling. Not the feeling of being nervous, anxious or any feeling of being overwhelmed but the only thing going through my mind is how much work can I accomplish while both of us are sitting here talking to folks and friends that come through to hang with us and support us the best way they can by showing their support. I hate just waiting for life to magically happen so in the interim...WORK!
Day 1 was fun. We met new customers that were excited about our products and made somecash mulah. We're looking at Day 2 and 3 to be better than day 1 by a large margin. We don't expect to make a mil but in everything you do its a learning experience and once we get this first show under our belt we will regroup, recap and revamp for the next one. Evolving is part of being a business owner especially during the actual show day itself. Which is why I'm on the computer writing this as opposed to quitting the blog which was one of my favorite things because I happen to think I'm a mediocre writer.
Also I forgot my charger day 1 so...in regards to evolving...I didn't forget it Day 2. I also didn't forget my old man vitamins...I'm old. I forget things.

]]>So for these new posts I'll be writing to let you all know that we've created, cool shit we see as well as any overall news I may have to divulge to the masses which will be a lot especially once we go hand in hand with our vlogs.
Today, I unveil to you the shoelace patches.
I got the idea to make these about a year and change ago before the Travis Scott AF1's but never had the time to really put it into full effect. After that, I decided to do some research and development thus creating these beauties.
It comes in many different styles like the sugar skull patches with many different color options which you can find here.
We also have the Wolf, Bear, and Tiger Set.
You also can't forget about the pizza shoe lace patch. That thing is so cheesy its dangerous. These are quite possibly my favorite only because WHO DOESN'T LOVE PIZZA! No seriously though, who doesn't? People that are lactose intolerant maybe. But again, They probably love it they just can't have any because they will get "mud butt."
Well, as far as digressing on a tangent on how pizza affects the non dairy folk I will say that these will accent your sneaker like an absolute flex when you want to show that you want to rep your fave animal (or food.)
Do us a favor and check them out and enjoy if you decide to get them.
If you already did we appreciate the support for our small business and help us break a 6 figure salary! I should write LOL at the end of that because that's exactly what I need help with.
Thanks again,
KPee.
]]>These nike jordan 1's nicknamed P51 Warhawks' are decked out in a silver bombardier plane pattern that makes it really difficult to drop the bombs on them since that's exactly what is being done to us.
If you're looking for a custom sneaker or custom nike diy you won't find it for these particular kicks but you will find these hopefully in my sneaker closet very soon because these sneakers are much fuego. The artwork far surpasses anything that nike could push out on a regular release pair. I dare you to find a pair that doesn't show us skill and talent with an airbrush. In the custom sneaker realm I fear that these would be highly difficult to reproduce.
He is an angelusdirect sponsored artist and for obvious good reason. So don't forget to click the ANGELUS link to get your own paints to start your projects ASAP!
Don't forget to comment below what you would rate these and what you would want to see come from the hands of @sab_one.

]]>Now that we've hit mid August we're showing endless amounts of love to Ms. Katty Lenoir. A California artist that has the skills and the artwork to prove that she is a heavyweight in the custom sneaker world. After careful inspection of her work we see that she is no beginner and definitely a professional artist. Her tape, line work and overall use of color is to be marveled at. We rarely if at all see any visible flaws from her paintings and we can see why she is highly sought in this niche environment.
We see the work that she's been dishing out and once again her use of color is so very well distributed as well her ability to see beyond a plain pair of sneakers. What was done to make the pink jordans are exactly what I'm talking about when I say "use of color." The different shades of pink as well as where she placed the polka dot splatters on the sole of the sneaker is what makes this so fun to look at.
She has been featured in a few of AngelusDirect tutorial videos where she explains thetprocess of how to do what she does on their youtube channel... And this only goes to show you that she's definitely getting the respect that she so rightfully deserves.
I must say it's not easy coming up with a concept but to effectively execute said concept is another and we swear if you go down her instagram feed to check out her digital portfolio we will not see anything less than sheer right brain dominant (if you didn't know that's the artistic side of the brain, duh!)
If you ever wanted to try and get some painting in and do something similar to @LoveKattyLenoir please click on the ANGELUSDIRECT link to get some high quality sneaker paints as well as anything you need to start your own sneaker customizing or sneaker cleaning business.
Here are some links for you to go check out some of KattyCustoms art and portfolio. She is also super friendly so reach out to her with any questions you may have if you need any tips or general info or what have you. instagram website
Thanks again for reading, we hope you enjoyed who we picked for artist of the month of August 2018. If this inspires you get out there and get started painting today!

well well well. Here we are again. I get it...you don't like my face or BigT's for that matter but when I tell you I think I'm cuter than that dude...I am.
My life is about constantly digressing from whatever conversation I'm having so lets get started.
We just received a dope pair of Custom Louis Vuitton Vans. Having removed the Toe Box and Rear Heel Tab and chopping up the fine leather of a Louis Vuitton bag, pants, or even a gosh darn wallet, these sneakers have been revamped...revitalized...repurposed with infinite CLOUT. The creator, BigACustoms is one of the best in his field.
Catering to the elite hypebeast, these sneakers do not come cheap. They are just a multifaceted outlet of clout points. Its the equivalent of walking outside and having the eyes of Ganesh himself shine the brightest of light upon thouself.
Just remember these are one of a kind. Made with the care and love a mother would give her child or a craftsman like BigA himself cater to your hypebeast needs. Check out some of our leather goods that we have in our STORE already and be amazed in jaw dropping awe of the shit we have for you. I mean why not just be like wtf? or HOTDAMN? or any variation of whatever the fuck you want to say that these are hot af.
Let us know what you think of these though...we are interested (we really aren't but I'm a dick so I'de much rather see the hate this can generate) in what you have to say...Nahmsayin'
